135 Squad Virginia Beach Results
We are proud to announce that our 135 squad took 2nd place at Final Destination, a World cheerleading competition that was held at
Virginia Beach on Sunday, May 4th. We would like to congratulate the girls for their hard work and team spirit and we'd like to
thank the parents for allowing their daughters to continue practicing and for bringing their daughters to Virginia so they could compete with their
squad. This never could have happened without everyone's dedication to our cheerleading program. Thank you!
We are so proud of our squads that braved the wintery weather and went to Ocean City, Maryland to compete at the Reach The Beach Nationals on February 22nd!
Our 95 squad won 1st place!
Our 110 squad won 2nd place!
Our 135 squad won 1st place and were 2nd runner up for highest scoring squad of the day! (Almost 100 squads competed that day.)
Two of our 135 squad girls entered themselves into a 'tumble-off' competition and placed as follows:
Meghan Conrad won 1st place
Michelle Konczyk won 2nd place
And, to add to the excitement . . . all 3 squads received bids to attend Final Destination a world cheerleading competition that will be held at Virginia
Beach in May.
BEAYC COMPETITIVE CHEERLEADING PROGRAM
It is our goal to provide each child with the opportunity to display their abilities throughout the surrounding communities while cheering at
soccer games, marching in parades, participating in competitions – and ultimately to provide a positive and enjoyable experience.
The BEAYC cheerleading program has the highest enrollment ever and continues to grow more each season. Our coaches, team parents, and other
volunteers give freely of their time - we are a team - we work cooperatively - and we encourage everyone to get involved!
In order for our girls to be competitive, it is imperative that everyone (child and parents) understand what BEAYC's Competitive Cheerleading
