The goal of the club is to promote participation of youth in the area in organized and social events. BEAYC is open to all residents meeting the age requirements of the specific sports.

NOMINATIONS & ELECTIONS: Bath-East Allen Youth Club accepted nominations for Executive Board Members (President, Vice President, Treasurer & Secretary) as well as General Board Member positions at their May and June monthly board meetings and elections took place on Wednesday, June 11, 2008. Our 2008 Board is listed at the bottom of this web page, with contact information go to the Officers/Board page of this website.

2008 Fall Soccer Registration

NOTE: Registrations still being accepted for certain age groups. No late fee!

FALL SOCCER: The Traveling teams play in the Blue Mountain Soccer League beginning in the late summer and winding up with the end of season tournament in early November. Fall traveling games are within a 30 minute ride. In-House practice begins in August and games start around Labor Day.

Traveling Soccer Age Groups (based on a date of 7/31/08)
  • U-8 Team: D.O. B on or after 8/01/2000
  • U-10 Team: D.O.B on or after 8/01/1998
  • U-12 Team: D.O.B on or after 8/01/1996
  • U-14 Team: D.O.B on or after 8/01/1994
  • U-16 Team: D.O.B. on or after 8/01/1992

    In-House Soccer Age Groups (base on a date of 7/31/08)
    For ages 4 to 16 (must turn 4 by 3/01/08, but cannot turn 16 prior to 7/31/08)

    REGISTRATION INFO:

    Fees:
  • $35 per child for first 2 children in your family
  • $10 each for third child or more

    Mandatory Fundraiser:
    $35 raffle tickets
    Maximum 2 fundraisers per family.

    Fundraisers:
  • Baseball & Softball: $35 raffle tickets
  • Spring Soccer: No fundraiser

    Late Fee: $25 late fee if you sign up after 5/27/08 and there is no guarantee that there will be space on a team is you sign up after the last registration date.

    Birth Certificates:
    A copy of your child's birth certificate is required for traveling teams and first time BEAYC players and needs to be handed in at registration.

    Important Note: In the past we have tried to accommodate parent requests to have children placed on teams with their friends. Due to the high number of such requests, we will no longer be able to honor these special requests. Your understanding is appreciated. Thank you.


    BASKETBALL PROGRAM: Basketball registration details will be available soon. The building improvements at George Wolf School will not prevent us from having another great basketball season. We are already securing practice space at gyms throughout the school district and at In The Zone. Bookmark this site and check back for registration info.

    Meeting Dates: The BEAYC board meets the second Wednesday of every month at the Bath Municipal Building.
