NOTE: DO NOT MAIL YOUR REGISTRATION TO THE YOUTH CLUB'S POST OFFICE BOX. At the present time, Registration Fees are $35 (In-house and Traveling) per player for the first two family members. Families registering more than 2 children from the same family for the same sport will pay pay $10 for the third child (or more) with no fundraiser requirement. Fundraisers must be paid at time of registration. PLEASE PRINT OUT 1 PLAYER INFORMATION SHEET PER FAMILY AND 1 FAMILY FORM PER FAMILY.
